Focus of Lebanese food is always on fresh ingredients, spices and herbs like mint , parsley , garlic , nutmeg and cinnamon...to name a few . So taking out a few leaves from the Lebanese cuisine .....here I am , with most loved dish of Lebanon....Shish Touk.
Ingredients:
750 Gms. Boneless chicken breast(cut into kebab chunks)
200 Gms Yoghurt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp baharat
INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Wash chicken.
2:Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl and add chicken to it.
3:Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4:Skewer them and grill.
5:Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve with hummus and pickled vegetables.
