SALADS



Have been gorging on some yummy but not so healthy food lately. Giving in to temptation couldn't be easier.
                    Now its time to get back to being fit and healthy. So no more inclination towards yummy food ; only healthy salads......
                     Wait, who said salads can only be a heap of green leaves or just Garden salad...Explore new horizons and incorporate variety of fruits, dry fruits, seeds and dressings and see the difference.There will be myriad bright options.
              So go ahead , have a healthy lifestyle.
