Introduction

Lying in the repository was the thought that this passion needs to be refueled. With some persuasion from family and friends, innumerable praises showered  over the food, made with so much love and warmth ,  here I am , venturing into a new zone.

                    Based in Delhi,surrounded by foodies in my house I ought to seek improvement in my culinary skills. Infact it was my son who coaxed me into writing this blog.

I love to experiment with different cuisines,flavors and spices every now and then, though restricting myself to healthy and nutritional cooking with twists of my own.

       Cooking ,at its own level requires passion and whole hearted attention.So lets  get cracking and devour the outcome.
