Ingredients:
500 gms. chicken breast(boneless)
150 gms. curd
1/2 tsp. red chilli pd.
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp. garam masala
1/4 tsp degi mirch
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard oil
1 tsp. kasoori methi
1 tsp. carom seeds(ajwain)
Chopped coriander for garnishing
and a few bamboo satay sticks
Method:
1. Wash and clean chicken breast. Cut it into strips(1" broad)
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except coriander and satay sticks.Marinate for atleast 4 to 6 hours.
3. Soak satay sticks in water.
4.Skewer chicken strips into satay sticks.
5.Grill on a grilling pan.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with mint sauce
