Pita Chips With Shish Touk and Beetroot Hummus


Ingredients:
6 Pita Pockets
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Mixed herbs


Directions:
1: Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
2: Combine oil, salt, black pepper and herbs in a bowl.
3: Brush pita pockets with oil and cut them into triangles with pizza cutter.
4: Put them on a lined baking tray and bake for 5-6 minutes.
